Bio

Side business as a strength coach. I've helped our competitors get strong and rehab their injuries over the years. Interests are in ecological dynamics for skill acquisition, human psychology in a coaching context and constantly reading material to hone my coaching framework. BJJ for me is a hobby, helping people get strong in the gym is my main passion. Always working the escapes from bottom.
