Bio
I started MMA in June 2022 and learned most of my early BJJ-skills there. My official BJJ-training started in September 2023, when the MMA Academy I train in (Fuchsbau Potsdam) reopened its BJJ department.
I usually do 2 units of BJJ and 3-4 units of MMA a week as well as 2 Open Mats and 2 units of Strenght and Conditioning.
I have never worn a Gi and don't know how to tie a belt ;-)
