ACL reconstruction December 18, 2025 , three weeks postop was back on the Matt however just observing class. I’ve gone from just laying on my back and allowing people to submit me and learning to deal with pressure and not panicking to now I’ve developed new skills in half guard and a butterfly. In fact my Jujitsu‘s improved due to the injury. I’m five months postop now and it couldn’t be better.
