Bio
I am Amy, happy, been training for years. Plan to train & help others for many more years. I competed for a long time too, not just in BJJ ;) ......now the boaring bit .. started at university in 1993 with Hull Sport Jujitsu, and continued in Darlington. Fighting or competing most weekends. Then moved down South in time for the millennium and joined Combat Academy UK, also took up judo (BJA), continued competing & coaching. Moved to Cornwall in 2012 & found BJJ also kept the Judo going, competed less & coached more. Love training under Steve Brown & Mark Tucker.

Promoted byI was honoured to receive my Black Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu from my coach and friend Steve Brown . I have been training for many years and it is great to be surrounded by people that support each other and improve together. Ross Mayne and Grant Goodson graded up with me, its been interesting watching our fighting & teaching styles develop. I love being a member of Combat Academy Wadebridge , made possible by Steve Brown and Mark Tucker Thanks to every one that trains with me, and has trained with me (and my long suffering husband for letting me escape the B&B), see you at training :)

"Mark and Steve are top guys. If it's good enough for them then it's good enough for me. Plus I trained with Amy waaay back so I'm glad she's still in the sport! "
