Starting Jiu-Jitsu changed my life! I didn’t use to enjoy physical activities much, but now I love every training session and make sure to be there. I’m grateful for everything this sport has taught me. Jiu-Jitsu saves lives! Começar no jiu-jitsu mudou minha vida! Antes, eu não gostava tanto de atividades físicas, mas hoje amo cada treino e faço questão de estar presente. Sou grata por tudo que esse esporte tem me ensinado! O Jiu-jítsu salva vidas!
