Hi my name is Tomek and I have been training BJJ under Steve Cowan and Icon founder Jose Marcello since 2007. I competed in MMA in the UK for a number of years, before hanging the gloves up to concentrate on BJJ. I received my black belt in 2021, and since then I've been teaching BJJ in Norfolk both at Icon and at the University of East Anglia. I travel a lot and always take my gi with me wherever I go, I love sparring with new people who have different styles and body types. I love BJJ and the community that surrounds this beautiful sport.
