My first class was at Felipe Bragiao BJJ, but I was only visiting California. I jumped around trying some gyms in Arkansas after that and continued training from home with friends and my own mats. Eventually I found Papa John Gorman and began consistently training under him. All 3 of my stripes came from Papa John Gorman
