Bio
I've been training MMA and grappling since I was 20 (17 years ago), with some breaks along the way, (got 3 kids😅) of course. When I started BJJ, I was 35 and earned my blue belt fairly quickly. However, that wasn't because I'm some naturally gifted fast learner—it was because I already had a solid foundation from the years I'd spent training beforehand.
