Bio
Thanks for checking out my profile. I keep track of competition and class data in spreadsheets, so you wont find them here. Looking to learn through the forums and get to know the larger BJJ community.
I am also the creator of @bjjmixtapes on IG. BJJ Mixtapes is about documenting the martial arts journey of jiujitsu practitioners from all walks of life. Laborer. Engineer. Teacher. Doctor. Student. Professional Fighter. Artist. You name it. I create video reels of live sparring, curated and edited in harmony with the vibe, rhythm, and melody of music.

When COVID-19 hit I was out of training for about 7 months. I moved to Monterey, CA for work, and then started training at Elite Team Monterey under Mark Gutierrez from 2020-2022. I would eventually find a permanent academy at Triune BJJ in Santa Clara, where I trained under Professor Josh Doctolero. I would earn my stripes from Professor Josh in 2022 and 2024.
