I received my purple belt at the annual ZR Team Lviv Summer Camp, together with my boyfriend and friends. It was my "prime era" -- I felt confident, stable and finally my jiu jitsu really started to come together.

At blue belt I entered my "furious" period! I started to understand more, but also got more frustrated. I trained harder, rolled with more intensity and kept pushing myself through it. This phase helped me improve my technique and discipline a lot.

I started BJJ when my boyfriend invited me to my first training. At that time, my physical condition was awful — I could barely do anything and even basic movements felt extremely difficult. But I decided to continue anyway. There was struggle at the beginning, but I understood that without struggle there is no progress. Step by step, I kept training, gained experience, and improved both physically and mentally. Over time, I started participating in competitions and eventually even won the Ukrainian International Open.
