"I have been teaching and training my son since he was five years old. While working at Plus One Defense Systems, I was his head instructor, promoted him through each rank, and trained and coached him for competitions. He has trained in both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Although COVID affected his training schedule, he has continued training throughout the years to maintain and develop his skills."
