This is the date that I returned to training after a very long hiatus. I actually began training in BJJ as early as 2002, and I trained on and off until as late as 2010. I decided to return to training when my former training partner, Carl Vickery, received his black belt and opened up an academy. Former coaches include the late Sean Wilson, a black belt under Gustavo Machado, and Fletch Fuller, now a black belt under Marcelo Pereira.
