Started training just out of curiosity and my daughter was training as well under Adam. Over time curiosity changed into passion and Overwhelm has become my second home and family. The best decision I ever made was to put in a Gi and step on the mats. Have recently started helping where I can with the kids, juniors and adult classes, just as I have been helped on my journey so far.
