My name is Eric Lance and I am a martial artist with over 20 years of experience with 12-15 years in BJJ. I began my BJJ journey in 2005 with Professor Tony Rinaldi (Pedro Sauer Black Belt) based out of Youngstown, OH where I earned my blue and purple belts. I moved on from there to a closer academy and began training under Professor Rob Hileman (Tom Deblass Black Belt) who owns Leverage Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Cortland, OH where i was awarded my brown belt in March of 2018. After opening up my own academy and meeting Professor Eli Knight (Royce Gracie Black Belt) I became his first affiliate in the Knight Jiu-Jitsu Association and was awarded my first two stripes on my brown belt from Professor Eli.
