We are a small club in a small town in a small country but we operate by my philosophies:

I will help you not only in BJJ but in whatever else you want to get better at (if I can) and I expect the same of all my students.

18:30 to 19:15Kroc's Syllabus open - Gi
DCDave Cork16+ This is what we will get through our warm up and spend a section of time on one of more of the required syllabus techniques. Students then have time to drill these or work on other syllabus material.
DC19:15 to 20:15Kroc's - GiDCDave Cork16+ A focus on the months positional topic some base knowledge is required. We will cover holding the position and sweeps, subs, escapes and reversals with a one week open mat at the end to answer any questions.
DC20:15 to 21:45Kroc Pit - Gi16+ This is... SPARTA! Time to wage war... Not really but this is the part of class for rolling, dedicated to the application of your techniques on an non-compliant partner... Careful though, they're doing the same thing.

18:30 to 19:30Kroc's Open Mat16+ Gi? NoGi? Warm up? Drill something you saw on YouTube? Immediately attack each other? Sit in a circle and talk about BJJ? Its an open mat, find someone who wants to do the same as you, or convince them to, and crack on with it!
