We are just a small hobby team, but the first and only BJJ team in our town since 2013, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on a "recreational" level, 3 sessions a week! We train BJJ to shake the stress off after a hard day at work and to stay physically fit, mentally resilient and selfdefense ready. We are not a "Competition Team" by any means and if your goal is to compete regularly, i would suggest training at teams or schools in our area, that offer more sessions, specific competition preparation classes or additional takedown or leg lock classes! Our focus is offering a counterbalance to a stressfull everyday life by decompressing in a positive training environment through training the art and sport of Jiu Jitsu. We don’t offer MMA, no wrestling, just basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
