My student Josh Leduc is a red belt in Canadian Jiu-Jitsu.

Canadian Jiu-Jitsu mostly involves getting your opponents to eat enough poutine so that they are sluggish and no longer wish to fight.

I'm a red belt in Taekwondo, maybe I'll give it a shot and see if you guys will verify that :D

They also use insults such as

“I’m sorry I won, better luck next time eh”

“Is this choke too tight? If it is let me know and I’ll loosen it for you”
