What's your lockdown sports routine?

I'm not really interested in any of the video instructional content right now, because I have a ton on my hard drive and since here gyms won't reopen for a while, I'm more interested on what people actually do at home.
What do you do? Did you buy a dummy and do drills with it? Did you dust out your dumbbells and play with it? What's your thing?

Solo drills, kettlebell training, cycling and running for me.

In my view all these solo drills are useless.
I go out for a run, then do a kb workout (30 day kb challenge), then do a yoga flow (ignite challenge from Breathe and Flow)
Lockdown is a great chance to try and learn something new, I therefore try to discover a new strength and mobility routine for myself.

I've rediscovered the old Bas Rutten kickboxing workouts, so I'm alternating them, zoom cardio classes with my jits team 3 times a week, kickboxing drills with the mrs / kids and kettlebells :)

plenty of "useless solo drills", positional drills and rolling with my sons, self defense drills with them, weights, treadmill, stretching, yoga positions and cardio circuits.
oh and I also have a grappling dummy for when my sons aren't in the mood to train. (teenagers) I also use the dummy to demo stuff for them.

I do conditioning most of the time:
Circuit training with bwe exercises, kettlebell and trx (as I am kettlebell fitness and suspension training instructor since 2010/2012 too) drilling with a dummy, running or long walks with the kids.
I did some vids and posted them on my Facebook site- have a look and hopefully you can get something out of it:

Terrible. I instantly regressed back to my pre-grappling no-sports state of existence.
Random running (I don't like it), half-assed pullups, pushups, kettlebells etc. Not even daily, or every other day. My motivation for going to the weightroom or doing cardio has been just to improve my jiujitsu performance, now the motivation is seriously lacking.
At least I can work remotely from my summerhouse so I spend most of my free hours awake outdoors building/repairing stuff.
Overall my 10+ hours of weekly sports/exercise has dropped down to maybe 2. Haven't even watched any instructionals.
If this still goes on for weeks, I gotta step up my game. Just goes to show what a lazy slob I am without BJJ...

Mostly watching various instructional videos. I'm recovering from a torn shoulder so I'm taking advantage of this time to heal. I do air squats daily and walk my dog.

I do Budokon Mobility Movements, Yoga (all sorts) and then I drill routes/exercises on my homemade bjj dummy.
- Need to run tho, my cardio is %*#$.

Simple and Sinister kettlebell program. It’s convenient and well... simple. Works both strength and endurance, so I won’t be a total wreck upon returning to the mats.
Swings and get ups...minimalist program but works fine for me too! Do it since 2010...love it!

First - remove training partners leg from the knee down using lockdown next - stand up and assume the guard stance using their leg as a makeshift sword, making sure to hold by the foot end so if your hand slips the foot should stop it leaving your hand... Did I read the question wrong? :|
I've started running again... Hate that shit but its good for you I'm told.

Been trying to run a little, it's been kind of ok. Takes some getting used to for the body (knees mostly). Found a place on top of a hill where I can do a bit of bodyweight exercise. Been ok, but I'm still looking more and more out of shape for each week. Might be the cookies and beer.

I've worked up a standard training programm for the Pandemic Apocalypse:
20 Minutes Solo/Modility Drills
1 Hour Throws on the Grappling Dummy
45 Minutes Weight Routine
Miss rolling like hell, but so far I've been able to at least keep myself from gaining significant amount of wieght. Not that easy sine my wife has been baking a cake everyday.

A) Push ups, pull ups under the kitchen table
b) core, deadlift
c) rest
= Abacabac.... +10 minutes mobility every day
2 or 3 evenings a little bit bjj my wife
In my view solo Drills are mostly not very helpfull. Yoga or gymnastics would be the most usefull way to train i guess

I'm in a ridiculously lucky position since my gym is literally in my front yard, and I live in a "BJJ Community", so my training partners and I all live together, hence making training BJJ totally kosher across the board. Plus, all my captive partners are white belts so I feel like a god pretty much. But, to answer the question, I'm using the free time to make my smaller grapplers into back-taking, berimboloing beasts, and my long-legged skinny grapplers into spider guard monsters (we seem to only have 2 different body types here). I'm working on my rolling back takes myself since I suck at taking backs.

Lots of running to try and keep my gas tank. Some high rep count "weight lifting" sessions with resistance bands every day . A lot for mobility specifically for hips since years of Jiu jitsu has left me with great external rotation but poor internal rotation... And some drills with my partner and a makeshift grappling dummy named Phil.

Well, as I am under total Lockdown since already five weeks now here in Madrid, first thing I did, was ordering a tatami and a stance for my bike. Now my girlfriend is learning BJJ (Finally thx. Corona hahaha), we started with self defence and she is assisting me for drills... this we do once a week. The rest of the days I am doing Hiit Workouts, stretching (best thing of being at home all day is time to stretch) and riding the bike... but man how I wish Bering able to leave the house some day soon...

Some “useless solo drills”, sometimes using my heavy bag as a grappling dummy.
Calisthenics and resistance training with heavy bands and dumbbells.
Bicycling if Michigan weather permits.
Walking our dog. A lot.
Some Zoom/video “classes” with students and BJJ friends across the country. I’m usually partner-less (kids train but never want to join these) but I can at least do some movements solo and get some info.
Rolling with my 12 yr old daughter. Not a workout for me, but good time with the kiddo and she gets to choke me and learn right from dad (she’s in our kids’ classes at the academy). My 15 yr old son has so far declined home training with me.

I've been trying to stick to my home workout twice a week (3 sets of 10 reps on core, legs and arms, then same again, varying up the exercises), plus I've been teaching group classes via Zoom twice a week (along with Zoom privates, when people ask for them), which includes some solo and partner drilling with my housemate.
That gives me a little bit of cardio too: unfortunately can't really roll, as she doesn't train, but at least I can do stuff like Priit's grilled chicken drill with her, as she just has to move round in a circle and push my legs to the side, plus up and down.

I've actually been focusing on lifting in my garage. Got a squat rack, an olympic bar with 400+ lbs and some dumbells.
Been doing daily full body workouts. I know it's a total anti-bro split routine but I've been making steady progress!
Might start doing the Danaher Solo Drills soon. I really like his concept of 'Shadow Grappling' (in contrast to 'Shadow Boxing' :)).

full body resistance workouts are probably the best/fastest way to add strength unless you're roided out. Also probably the best way to go if you're supplementing your BJJ with strength training, IMO.
Glad everyone's getting some exercise!

Totally agree. FBW's are way under-looked. This is how bodybuilders from the 40's and early 50's worked out (before the advent of steroids), and their physiques were very impressive!
