I make noise with electric guitars.... someday it might be called music. Not there yet.
I consider musicians to be a separate species from mine and one notch higher on the evolutionary ladder.

Likewise, growing plants is as close as we get to the divine, as far as I can tell.

And being able to dance is, if we are honest, a higher level and more useful skill than fighting.

Carlson Senior, Helio Gracie, and George Gracie were all accomplished ballroom dancers, or instructors of same.

Perhaps, that is a clue.

To be complete, we must be able to invoke Mars, or Venus, Brutality, or Elegance.

In short, if you are the kind of fighter / black belt that does not dance with his woman at weddings or the reverse,

then what, may I ask, were you doing all this fighting for, anyway....?

Hahaha, perfect! :D

Just training jiujitsu has in fact enhanced my (still quite terrible) dancing a lot. Simply the body awareness & control and improved mobility, which used to be non-existent pre-BJJ. Even though doing anything pre-choreographed remains a challenge for me, both on the mats and in the ballroom.

Most help, however, has come from publicly humiliating myself in tournaments in front of my coach & friends, after which sucking at the dancefloor doesn't feel so embarrassing anymore.

Bruce Lee was a Hong Kong cha-cha dancing champion...

Yeah, he was.

Not a coincidence.

Shame he died so young.

But, that is life in the big city.

Anyone into leather jackets. I have a bunch of leather jackets of different styles. My two favourites are custom Aero Leather jackets. They are amazing!

Me, of course! I’m into everything. :D

Thankfully I haven’t started ”collecting” them, just have a bunch for different seasons/occassions.

Pictured are my 3 faves: Belstaff Panther 1966, Schott 689H & Schott Perfecto 618.

Especially love the 689 Horsehide atm, a perfect winter jacket; completely waterproof, heavy af & it stands up on it own if you zip it up and place it on the floor.

Love those jackets! I will definitely be getting a Schott Leather. Vanson Leathers is on my list too. That brown car coat is fire!

Aero makes some ultra cool ones... Mostly seen them in pictures though, for some reason they are not very common in Finland, although that's a UK manufacturer, right?

And thanks! :)

Awesome look with both!
Especially dig the stunning patina on the brown one.

I dunno how people can just live their lives without a good pair of boots & a leather jacket... (unless they’re in the tropics :D)

Thank you!
I agree boots and jacket are a must for any man or woman.
Just like a good beer should be part of life. Not budweiser and garbage like that. I mean beer from countries that take pride in their products quality and most of all flavour..
which reminds me, my wife stocked me up on some Boddington's which I will be drinking in a little while.

LOL'ed @ this because I literally returned to the screen to read it after pouring myself a nice glass of imperial stout to cap off the Saturday night.

You certainly appreciate the finer things in life! :D Cheers!

I'm proud to have a Neufang original on my skin. Still holding up ok, looking forward to the next one from you (hopefully July). :D https://www.instagram.com[...]li6jsh4i5o
I have 80's era tatoos and they are terrible.
I should have them inked over and incorporated into something cool. Tat's in
my day were trashy. Lol

Ha - well, I wouldn't say they were all trashy, you had people like Ed Hardy and Lyle Tuttle active in the 80s, among lots of other high quality artists. But yeah, I guess tattoo culture overall probably wasn't as 'refined' as it is today, if that's the right word. Though I'm going off documentaries and books here, you were there at the time (so was I, but I was born in '81, so tattooing not reaaaaallly possible for me :P ).
