My brand new Colt Python 6" 357. Picked it up Friday and put about 100 rounds through it. 50 357 rounds and 50 38 special. I enjoyed the 38 special ammo a little more. the 357 absolutely had more stopping power. This of course isn't my EDC. for that I switch between my glock 19 and 43x (depending on weather and my clothing)

I also have glocks 23 (.40), and 42 (.380) as my daily carry. And just picked up a Mossberg .500 12g scorpion

between the years of training jiu jitsu and the firearms posted....I would not want to mess or upset anyone in this forum. If any of you are ever out in the Austin Texas area, please let me know and we can go shooting and then go roll.

Some bear is going to see DesRosier's Desert Eagle, and say "shit man, don't shoot. My mistake."
William, I saw your question in the main forum about the Glock 44. I'm thinking about it. My wife is just now getting ok with the fact that I'm a gun owner. I've had her take some classes and she's shot a .22 a few times. I think the 44 would be a good choice for her to get to know how the mechanics of a semi auto pistol work. And for me, I think it might be fun for plinking around. I live too close to the nearest gun store. it's not good for my wallet, hence me buying that beautiful new Colt Python 357.

I’m in Vermont and we have similar laws. Constitutional carry, etc. Our “republican” governor however passed law last year that can’t have “high cap magazines”. You were grandfathered in if you already had them though.

Basically just can’t buy any here legally.

I am a member of Phoenix Rod and Gun Club. I am mostly into hunting related firearms, but they all interest me to some degree.

I like calibers and stuff that are not the main stream though. Not true Wildcats, but not 308, 3006, 223, etc. My main hunting rifle is a full mannlicher style stocked CZ in 6.5x55.

This is the Springfield M1A SOCOM...It is my dream rifle. Cost restrictive up here in Canada. One day though.
Of course I'd love to have a WWII M1 Garand as well. I love these battle rifles.
