I have been working on a bunch of small improvements behind the scenes the last few days (mostly semi-invisible stuff) and just wanted to let you know about this feature we just added :)
Just go to settings in your profile if you prefer that your profile shouldn't show up in the results of google and other search engines.

Also added this little optional field to the personal information. We will use it to calculate male/female statistics for the sport :)

yes
Does unchecking profile indexing stop one's posts from being indexed? Wondering how much I should behave myself on the forums :)

It does not. It will only prevent your actual profile from showing up in search results. Whatever content you put on the site will still be visible :)

my hiring manager ask me about the my background and then asked me about training as i was leaving. ( i was a brown belt at the time).
they called me about 15 mins after leaving the interview to offer me the job.
fast forward a month later, hes training BJJ... Sadly he went to a place that was "cheaper" and now is regretting the decision because hes locked into a contract with the shady guy that I was talking about that charges for everything.

Here is another new setting in case you don't want non-logged in guests to be able to view your profile

Unfortunately, that doesn’t appear to be the case
