Had our first regular class yesterday. Only two people showed up. Lol.

Yeah, time to rebuild. I have a feeling things will pick up pace fast though, once double vaccinated (which is around now), a lot of people will feel more comfortable.

Yeah, I can sympathise. My first day back sparring yesterday, felt like I was swimming through a sea of my own sweat. The crazy British heatwave (by British standards at least, Texans would laugh at this being seen as hot, I imagine) at the mo is not helping: first time in the history of the Met Office that they have ever given out an Amber Alert. ;)

That'll definitely improve once more people are vaccinated and are more comfortable with training/interacting with other people.

Glad to hear you guys are back in the gym!

I know! I was pleasantly surprised though. I made it the whole hour without gasping for air (for the most part), and my flexibility and mobility has improved with all the yoga I've been doing. I'll be ready for a roll with you come November!
