The guy has had a very interesting life.
I thought a couple of parts like "the Japanese see me as the new samurai" were a bit too much, but overall a really good interview :)

I thought it was an interesting interview and we got to hear some things from Rickson that I had not previously heard which was cool!

I think it was a solid , and fun to listen to although I still think some of the tougher questions may not have been addressed...

Would have liked to see him teach something technical to Jocko and see how that was done too. Overall I am a fan of Rickson and his technique is excellent, I just don't buy into the hero worship.

I listened to the entire podcast while driving to the beach and enjoyed it. It certainly made the trip go by a lot quicker. I feel like there's a lot of exaggeration and "legend" to the Gracie backstory, but who doesn't embellish their tales a little from time to time. All in all, I respect how Rickson tends to rise above the politics of his family. He's more for the development and furthering of the art than some ego-driven politics.

He was also just on the Joe Rogan podcast. Just curious what is he trying to sale atm? lol
