I did a forum search and afaik the topic of custom-making rashguards hasn't come up yet?

I'm in Japan
I'd like to make some rashguards, including for kids
(I'm working on a BJJ-themed card game for kids)

does anybody have any experience sourcing custom rashguards that they could share?

Merry X-mas

cheers^^

Perhaps it's already past the time when anyone would consider anything else, but I would recommend sublimation printing (the print being part of the fabric). I ordered club rash guards some 15 years ago, with the kind of iron/press on print (something like vinyl or another kind of plastic print) and that quite quickly cracks on the elastic fabric and especially the smaller details can come off in the long run.

I worked with Zombiegrips on instagram to get a custom one. And I know my school worked with First Roll. Both were excellent quality and would order from them again

thanks, it's helpful to learn from the negative experiences too!

I make mine on a small order print-on -demand basis and they aren’t compression style. They are blank and you will need to provide your own artwork and layout

If you have the artwork that you want, lots of places will make custom rashguards for you.

Supernatural Survivial Gear made these for my gym.

I use to own SSF Fight Gear and we had rash guards made in Hong Kong that were really high quality. We also had some made in Pakistan that were almost as well made but they cost a lot less.

Would you mind sharing a bit more of your experience there?
What were the size of the lots? Did the printer have Photoshop templates for the design? Anything you remember and feel is relevant

I would send HK my designs made in Photoshop, one layer per color. Min orders were 30 Rash guards but I ordered 100 at a time.

Pak I would just send jpg images and they would digitize the image and print them. 20 RG minimum.

If no one has suggested it yet, hit up Christian. His factory does amazing work on rash guards. The quality is the best I've come across thus far.

Best rash guards I've ever had Custom made were from Black Triangle (G10 Knives are great too)....the belly bands are SUPERB. My academy also loves Few Will Hunt.

I'm not sure how import works in Japan, but Zeal Industries is a Pakistan based company that I have had good success with and used for years. I can get you in touch with the owner if you care to shoot me a DM
