Any good recommendations for bodyweight (or kettlebell) core and leg exercises? I try to switch it up, but while I've got a whole bunch of stuff I can switch between for arms (particularly press-ups and military press, big fan of both of those), with core and legs and I get a bit samey. So far, for legs I go either kettlebell squats, calf raisers or turkish get ups, while for core I've been changing between sit ups, twisting sit ups, crunches, leg raisers, kettlebell pull-overs and kettlebell v-ups.

For legs, if you don't have bigger weights, you can still increase the load by moving towards single leg exercises - so you could progress through lunges and step ups and eventually start working on shrimp and pistol squats. Single leg kettlebell romanian deadlifts are also a great movement to throw in. Or instead of focusing on strength you could work on power, and add in explosive movements like squat tuck jumps, KB swings, hill sprints, etc. Or work on balance by seeing how long you can stand on one leg on a pillow with your eyes closed :) It sounds like you've already got a good mix of core exercises (look up Russian twists and leg raise circles if you're not doing those already), but you could add in some back work too, like superman holds, hyperextensions/reverse hypers (I've been doing those on a tabletop), etc.

I Just started with Pílates and some Yoga as my girlfriend is Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. I never really had time for it, but now during lock down I tried it out... it seems to do a lot for my posture and for breathing correctly. Let’s see if I will be sticking to it ...

Poo, missed it. Are you running it again next week? I'm always interested in more solo drills to play with. :D

Im lucky to have a home gym with kettlebells and a lot of calisthenics 6 days a week. My skipping rope skills have gone up a few levels and theres a big tampoline which is fun and a good workout, especially whilst taking long phone calls :)

I am also practising / teaching yoga online 6 days a week which anyone can feel free to join. More details on that here. https://www.facebook.com/[...]sYogiJitsu
