Then they've done something wrong or didn't read the rejection notifications from the moderators. There are no verifications waiting in the system, we go through them all several times a day.

All they need to do is to look at the large info-box at the top of their page that says they're not verified yet. The button there leads to verification overview explaining why.

99,99% of the time the issue is that people haven't read the instructions :)
