I don't have a useful degree like medicine, but I do have a BA and MA in English Lit (along with a fizzled out attempt at a PhD, I've considered giving that another go over the years). So yeah, if you want me to babble about poetry and metrical form in particular, that I can do, but strangely it doesn't come up too often. :P

My BA is in classics. Also never comes up; most people don't know what it is. (In fact, I usually just say my degrees are in "history" for simplicity's sake.)

I would have enjoyed doing classics. I picked the wrong subject: I really should have done history, I'm much more interested in that. I only went for English Lit due to pressure from my teachers back at school, because I was good at passing exams in it. Not exactly a regret though, I did enjoy the English Lit reading material too.
That's also why I'm still musing a return to academia. Either history of art BA or MA, or history, maybe even a PhD later. Studying is pricey though: if my BJJ school takes off enough and my bank account looks solid, I'll go for it, but that's a long ways off. Would be nice to do it for pure fun, as opposed to when I did my initial post-grad studies, when I still thought my future income lay in academia. ;)

I have an MBA from Penn State University.
We are!
I have a Masters in Project management from Penn State, and a Masters in Performance Enhancement and Injury prevention from CalU Penn. I work in aviation but would like one day to transition to full-time performance enhancement and injury prevention. Would love to work with other disabled veterans, using BJJ and my degree as a type of therapy.

Oh, and I've been meaning to ask: I keep being confused when I see a guy called Megaton pop up on threads, expecting it to be Megaton Dias, Mackenzie Dern's dad and super solid old school competitor in his own right. ;)
Do you have a connection to him, or you just liked the nickname? IIRC he got the Megaton nickname due to his nuclear powered takedowns: similar for you, or other reason? :)

I did not pick the nickname, but I was given it by my Professor Gabriel Gladiator. I never knew why or even asked, maybe it is my tattoos and motorcycle! LOL, I am always trying to make sure I can keep learning and doing my best to live up to such a name. It is an extreme privilege to have a name shared with the Legend.
