It would also seem to eliminate current Origin Gis since their polysynth wouldn't meet the 90% cellulose requirement.

I have been washing my gi in this. After a couple of weeks, I think it should be legal for IBJJF competitions. ;)

Since when do the rules matter any way? If the person checking your gi in the pit likes it they let you through. Then if the ref doesn't like it they DQ you. The best way to have a legal gi is a dark tan and practice your Portuguese accent, just like every other rule in IBJJF.

I have been working on that accent. Duolingo does wonders for my score board.
