This isn’t bjj related but guys we need to go get checked!!! I slacked and didn’t have enough information and now have testicular cancer and need surgery. I don’t need pitty I’ll be totally fine but please guys be on top of your health go get checked know what to look for! Stay healthy and keep rolling. Much luv to all of you

Good that you discovered your cancer early and a full recovery is very high.
Will add:
• Prostate screening
• Liver screening
• Colonoscopy
since there are mostly men above 40 on this site.

Yeah, I finally booked myself a prostate exam this week. Been meaning to for a while, as I'm over forty (42, specifically), so it's important to stay on top of that stuff.
Not sure about the other two: those may or may not be easily available on the NHS here in the UK. Worth me asking when I go in to get my prostate checked. ;)

Btw randomly decided to to get a camera up my butt a few years back and they found two little bumps which were first stage of colon cancer. They told me that if I had waited 8-9 years, it would probably have been too late. Getting the check every 2-3 years now (they found new ones the second time around as well).
Go get a camera up your butt, everyone, I recommend it!!

Well, random and random. Had a good period of outdoor weight lifting (dehydration) and vegan protein powder (lots of fibers). There's no pretty way to say this guys but I basically took the biggest shit of my life and it broke my ass. Some blood on the paper and I got all nervous because my stepdad died from colon cancer. So I decided to call up a clinic and have a check-up. Likely wouldn't have seen my kids grow up if I hadn't taken that shit 🤷🏼♂️

I had a bout of kidney stones, which completely sucked. During the 2nd ultrasound to see if they passed, the urologist noticed a lump in my bladder. So... camera up the dick. I didn't like it. However, I suppose it was worth the exam to find out it's a benign tumor. I now have to have one every 12-18 months to make sure it isn't growing.
