Question, I’m Brian Rose and I own Total Defense Martial Arts . Recently we had belt tests and I have to get one of my guys recertified, He is Already certified for Purple belt. So my question is, why do they have to start the process from square one ? I totally understand needing more votes for the new belt just not start from the beginning! Thanks !! It’s no big deal just asking .Keep Rolling my friends !!

Everyone who has voted previously get a notification that theit vote must be reconfirmed, so it's really not from zero, which you'll notice with the vote points coming in must faster than last time.
I've already up voted you, so I'll have another look if I've missed voting on any of your recently promoted students!

If he is promoted to brown belt, then of course the votes for purple belt must be reconfirmed to verify the new promotion. Otherwise he could just have faked the promotion to brown belt and kept the verification votes he received.
