Wondering how people are structuring their family memberships and multi person discounts for their gyms. Any advice is welcome, whether you have first hand experience creating these or you are a student with a family membership. Just looking at ideas.
Thanks,

This isn’t from a BJJ gym, but it’s based on my experience with other club memberships, especially wrestling clubs for my daughter.
One model was tiered pricing: the first member paid full price, the second got a discount, the third received an even deeper discount, and so on. Another was a flat family package, where a single monthly fee covered 2–4 family members. And of course, there were annual membership bundles with built-in family discounts.
From what I’ve seen, especially with kids who change their minds the moment a squirrel runs by, families tend to prefer short-term package deals, either tiered or flat-rate options that offer flexibility without long-term commitment.

This is how we do it for our kids' classes: one kid=normal price, 2 kids=5% off, 3 kids=10% off etc.
Our adult classes are all pay-what-you-want, so the entire family could potentially train for a very good price.
