Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to the Belt Checker community to request your help verifying my black belt profile.
I have been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over a decade and was promoted to black belt three years ago. Recently, I founded my own independent academy, KODA:MA BJJ, based in West Sussex, UK. Unfortunately, striking out on my own has led to a bit of a political fallout, making standard bureaucratic verification difficult. I am turning to the Belt Checker community to help me keep my record transparent and independent.
To help you audit my profile, I have ensured my details are as complete as possible:
- My legal name and profile picture have been officially verified
- My full timeline from white to black belt is fully filled out on my profile page.
- I have uploaded photos of my black belt promotion

Your photos are more of together-with-pics than obvious promotion pics. Perhaps you have some social media posts about the promotion, confirmed by likes or comments by the mentioned promoting instructors, that you can link to in your promotion history?

Lineage checks out, although Keith got his BB only three years after Marco (https://www.bjjheroes.com[...]h-mckenzie), but only affects him if he enters Beltchecker and only have promotion evidence from Marco. Adjusted for 6y after Marcos BB and another 6y after that date, it really causes no issue for your promotion in any case.

Keith would have had his black belt awarded with Ricardo Viera present if that makes any difference. Keith is a legendary luddite and refuses to use any social media, with it being managed by his students entirely. I have attached here my social media post at the time and will add to my black belt promotion history some more images if possible
