I had asked for some information on starting a new gym a little while back and figured I'd give an update.
Project jiu jitsu has officially opened and so far everything has been pretty smooth. We are still considered a micro gym based off of numbers but I have had somewhat steady numbers coming in. Ended up using gymdesk for the memberships with square for payments and it has been working very well. I just applied to the globetrotters affiliate mainly just because I believe in the mission statement.
I have seen a few others in here starting a club or their own gym and just want to wish ypu guys the best of luck. It's a lot of work but it's definitely worth it!
