Bio

AKA The Lazy Lizard or Uncle Tony. I am just happy to be able be on the mats and not embarrass myself. I have a few "challenges" other than being on the Masters Brute squad (I am 40)...2 total hip replacements, twice fused cervical spine and nerve damage in the left arm....tis but a flesh wound. BJJ helps me overcome my other challenges that are contained in my noggin. I do this all for my little girl-an autistic bundle of love and joy. We both overcome things every day. I tell her every day to prove them wrong. Smash and Smile. See you on the mats.

I trained at the Ultima in Tucson for about a year. Over the period from White to Blue, I trained at several clubs due to military deployments. FOB Sykes Grappling and Bagram Airbase (82nd Abn combatives), then had multiple breaks due to 2 hip replacements and 2 spinal fusions. I ended up at Chute Boxe in Sierra Vista. They do not do stripes on belts.
