"Legit profile congrats on the stripe"
"Photo documentation and time in grade looks good. Congrats"
"Norm’s progression aligns with time-in-belt norms, taking about 11 years from white to black belt, consistent with typical 10-15 year paths in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. External sources confirm training at Ascension Martial Arts under credible coaches Don Whitefield, a 4th-degree black belt under Ricardo De La Riva, and Shawn Albrecht, with no evidence of competing at mismatched ranks or affiliation inconsistencies. Legit!"
"I know Norm through the local community."
"Lots of high quality photo evidence. Legit!"
"Norm introduced me to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! I Have trained with him for many years. He was a huge help in the development of my game! He’s a well rounded technical grappler."
