BJJ Blue Belt under Roger Gracie Academy, training in Milton Keynes under Stuart Healey, Hayley Carter, Nat Day, and Daniel Lewis. I also run a couple of Podcasts, Fight Like A Girl, where I speak to women in the sport about their experiences and how they got started, and Roll Play, a weekly discussion about our training and what’s happening in the world.
