Brown belt
June 13, 2021Bloomington, IN/Razzano Academy
Promoted byDax RazzanoMoved to Colorado in 2019. Kept in touch with Dax. Sent him footage of me sparring. Did some lessons via Zoom. Traveled from Colorado to Indiana to train with Dax for a week in 2021. The last day of the visit, he told me he'd ordered a brown belt for me, but it hadn't arrived yet. Told me promoting me to brown was an easy decision. Took a picture of the belt when it arrived in the mail.

Started studying VHS instructionals and trying out the moves on my college buddies in '97. Started training at a BJJ school in Pensacola FL in 1999. Still not sure how legit the guy was, as he didn't roll with his students.
