"Mar 2026 black belt promotion validated as of my May 2026 review. Promoter James Smart is a 3rd-degree black belt, and his Instagram post dated March 15, 2026 states he awarded Brian a black belt after grading. Third-party results pages do show him competing, lining up with colored belt claims - e.g., ADCC Africa Championship 2023 lists Brian Mathiesen of Trident Fight Centre as a placer. Lots of photos."
BMthanks 🤙
