Stated BJJ a long time ago when very few even knew what it was. Been fortunate to train with some great people and loved the journey. I'm a bit old school so when these belt tags came in after I had gotten my purple belt I refused to keep them on my belt. I think I ended up being given 11 or 12 tags at one point. Grades have never been my motivation because I love training and Jiu Jitsu has so much to offer. Still so much to learn. Been doing the doors for 23 years at date of writing this so being functional has been my main driving force. BJJ has become extremely useful whilst working the doors. I advovate it for security and indeed self defence. I'm new to all this tech stuff but time to embrace it. Hope you are well if you are reading this and enjoy the journey.
