Hi, my name is Bonnie I am 48 from Long Island New York. By trade I am a hairdresser and a personal trainer . I have been training since October 2021 under Derek, Mangi, and Sean Murphy at monster Brazilian, jujitsu and mma in Smithtown NY. I have always suffered with anxiety and so finding jujitsu has been the most incredible form of therapy for me . I try to compete as often as my schedule allows and I hope to one day become a coach. I am currently working at MONSTER and helping with the kids class kids classes and I also work with the Long Island jujitsu network , hosting super fights. to meet some like-minded people here Oss
