I began my Jiu-Jitsu journey in March 2022 under Professor Omar Salum, where I was introduced to the foundations of discipline, humility, and perseverance on and off the mats. Over time, my love for the art grew deeper, leading me to train under Professors Roger Carpenter and Chris Haueter, who continue to challenge and inspire me to become better every day. Jiu-Jitsu has become more than just a sport to me—it’s a tool God uses to shape my character, strengthen my mind, and teach me patience and purpose through every roll. I train for the Lord, giving Him glory in every victory and every struggle, striving to reflect His strength and grace through my journey on the mats.
