Martial Artist by passion, physician by profession.
I started Judo in 1990, Ju-Jutsu (DJJV) in 1993, Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1998 and "traditional" Jiu-Jitsu (DJJV) in 2015 (among other Arts).
Today I am teaching the Art of Gracie / Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a small town at the coast of the Baltic-Sea (Gym is located 200m from the Beach) in the northern part of Germany - vistors are always welcome!

| Started Training BJJ after finding Tapes (Yes - VHS... google it!) of UFC 1 and 2 at my local Video-Rental Place... - my first "Instruction" came through the Videos produced by Rorion Gracie, Carlos Gracie Jr. and Joe Moreira. I met my first "live" BJJ-Teacher end of 1999 when I moved to Frankfurt (Main) to start Med-School / University and have been with him ever since. | ||||
