Bio
Last year I opened a new gym. I have more than 25 years of experience in martial arts both as a coach and competitor. As well as been an Globetrotter instructor, I used to be a member of the Swedish BJJ national team and up until recently the coach for the Swedish BJJ federation's national team. I´m a bit of a martial arts geek but also a certified Personal trainer, MovNat certified instructor and health coach.

GMI had the privilege to be at your wrist lock class in Iceland and it was amazing.
DSThat is a great picture of my friend Nate Adamson. Both Adamson brothers are awesome. I try to train with them as much as I can.
