"Legit profile congrats on the brown"
"Despite the thin evidence provided here at the time of my review, I verify Vincent's brown belt rank based on external evidence from Authentic Jiu Jitsu's website, Smoothcomp competition records, and academy details. Benjamin Kool, a third-degree black belt under Josh Russell since at least 2017 and head instructor at Authentic Jiu Jitsu in Calgary, had full authority to promote. Vincent's time as a purple belt from June 10, 2023, exceeds the IBJJF 1.5-year minimums, with nearly two years before his May 3, 2025 promotion, supported by over 249 documented matches and active participation in events like Grappling Industries Calgary."
"I know Vince. And I also know his current instructor that promoted him to brown. Vince is by far the most active competitor I know. Definitely a brown belt."
"Lots of high quality photo evidence. Legit!"
"Had a match with him on May 3, 2026. Definately legit!"
"I have trained with Vince for a number of years, he trains more often than anyone I know in the sport. He is an absolute animal and will go to a local open mat after competing all day. Definitely legit!"
"I've competed against Vince. He's the real deal!"
