"Is it Bjj or your own style?"
JAm I missing something here? His blue belt is confirmed by his promoting BB instructor, who you promoted and have confirmed that you awarded the BB in 2022, so he should be perfectly legit to promote David to blue belt in 2023. Any other factors to consider?

"Blue belt 2023 (nov18) is confirmed by promoting instructor Christopher Linnér, who is also confirmed by me, so you're obviously a BJJ blue belt. While wanting to brand your own style/system of BJJ (or an entirely new style?) at blue belt just feels silly, that doesn't change the fact that you're a BJJ blue belt since 2023. But make sure to stay away from wearing BJJ style belts with higher rank or anything similar that can confuse potential students of your BJJ merits or I would quickly down vote."

""I promoted Dave to blue, but i am not involved and distance myself from the "Dave Jutsu" mentioned in the Bio.""
""Dave Jitsu" aside, Coach Dave was legitimately promoted to BJJ blue belt by a legit BJJ black belt. "
"Are you a blue belt in BJJ? Yes according to your promoting instructor who then downvoted you whist saying you are a blue belt... I mean, I guess..."
"Independent of branding his style of grappling „Dave Jitsu“, he got promoted to BJJ bluebelt by a legit BJJ Blackbelt and currently holds the rank of BJJ bluebelt! If his former coach likes it or not, he confirmed promoting Dave to BJJ bluebelt "
