I started training BJJ in January 2017 after trying several other martial arts such as boxing, Viet Vo Dao, Viet boxing, and kickboxing – but I got hooked on BJJ because it’s such an amazing sport. After a severe car accident in 2018 I made my way back to the mats and was promoted to blue belt in May 2022 and to purple belt in January 2024. In 2020 I additionally completed my Fitness Trainer C certification, followed by a 200h Yoga Teacher Certificate in 2023 and my Jiu-Jitsu trainer certification (Trainer C Leistungssport Ju-Jutsu) in 2024. Besides BJJ I also practice strength training and yoga (including Budokon yoga), and more recently I started boxing. I love to travel and train in different gyms around the world, such as in the USA, Korea, Thailand and many more – so maybe we’ll see each other on the mats one day.
