"I trained with Jeff a long time ago. Lifelong martial artist and good guy. Legit. "
"Dean lister promotion, enough said! "
"Legit"
"legit profile congrats on the stripe"
"Jeff’s progression aligns with time-in-belt norms, spanning 12 years from white to black belt in 2018. External sources, including Parra Academy’s website, confirm his black belt under Dave Dunn and Dean Lister’s lineage, early training with King Webb and Ted Osburn, purple belt promotions at Paragon BJJ under Darrin Lillian, and ongoing affiliations. Promoted by a mutual acquaintance, with no contradictions in timeline or affiliations. Legit!"
"I train with Jeff multiple times a week, and have for years. He's as legit as they come."
"Lots of high quality photo evidence. Legit!"
