Looks like a full shut down in Ontario, Canada as of April 4th at 11:59pm.
No telling for how long as of yet.
I hope everyone has enough provisions and funds to get through this.
Shits getting real.

If this counts (I think it does, if it doesn't I guess mods will take care of it with no hard feelings), we (me and my teacher Octavio Couto. Yes, that Octavio Couto that I'm sure many of you are very familiar with) are doing online Q&A sessions from the Facebook page of my gym. Feel free to join for questions, greetings or a simple chat.

Next session, tomorrow at 18:00 Berlin time: https://www.facebook.com/[...]869348091/

First one: https://www.facebook.com/[...]3317761978

Second one: https://www.facebook.com/[...]297542183/

Judo fanatics also released a free (no code required) DVD with Travis Stevens "Judo @ Home Workout". Mainly focused on mobility stuff as well as some movement drills. I like the mobility stuff and have been trying to do it 2-3x a week since this whole situation started. Also, not nearly as long-winded as Danaher's ;).
