no side ways scroll...but at the bottom it shows no data, but it obviously recognizes that i inputted two training sessions? i uploaded a pic on the comment above to show you what i mean
Ah yes that was indeed a little bug. It was hiding the data because you've set it as private, but it should of course show for yourself. Fixed it!

Perhaps overview should be based on ‘time’ spent on activity instead of ‘sessions’. This would better represent the overall focus in a particular area. For example, here I spent 3X longer drilling, but overview shows it as 50/50 because it’s based on 2 events.

Yeah that's on my list already to fix, thanks :)

...and just as I wrote my reply, I figured out in my brain how to solve it :D The pie chart is now showing minutes in each training category, instead of sessions!

Any thoughts about writing code to allow a batch upload via excel? I (and I know others) have extensive training logs it'd be cool to add, but I definitely don't want to manually add 6 years worth of training

I don't think the time and work we would have to invest in that would make sense compared to how few people have logs like that. Since every person who does, probably have built a different system/routine for it, there would be way too much individual adjustments for this to work. Rather spend the development time on something that all users can benefit from

Maybe to have administrators to print out training logs of students may weekly monthly or quarterly?

This.
It probably wouldn't take a lot of time to enable people uploading an Excel-sheet.
But making sure it works for everyone, with their own format, probably isn't worth it.

Let’s save the trees and look at the statistics on screen instead of paper ;)

I'm sure a lot of people would be interested to see how balanced their training is in terms of gi and no gi.
My suggestion is to split "class" into "gi", "nogi" and "wrestling". I know that a lot of people do judo/sambo/wrestling and it would be interesting to see how balanced is your training.

[insert very technical explanation why this is not super easy to implement] :D

Definitely an interesting idea and doubling as a personal training log, which is a great idea! Easy to follow particularly now when we are all limited in what we are able to do.

Now I'm going to have to really push my students to register on here so we can take advantage of this. Thank you Christian!

New little stat added on the training statistics pages; volume of training logged by week. Academy managers also have access to this for all their students (with public training records).

Thank you for everything you are doing for the community, not going un noticed.

I'm late to this party but I just discovered training history and I love the feature!
Suggestion: can we add categories for (1) private lessons, and (2) teaching/coaching to training history?

Was just thinking that as I'm coaching others more than being on the receiving end lately

When logging training would you log just the instructional period for time and sparing rounds are separate or do I log my entire time on the mat? Same question for open mats do I log all that as training time?
This is how I use it. Minutes is the length of the entire training session. Sparring is just number of rounds (this is rudimentary because it counts both a 3min & a 15min round as ”1 round” but still gives an indication of sparring volume between weeks).
