Bio
I first started training in Martial Arts when I was 9 years old.
I am a former Australian contact Karate Champion and International competitor. I have trained in a variety of martial arts systems over the years including Boxing and Kickboxing.
Over the last 8 years I has chosen to focus my learning on three key growth areas, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), grappling (BJJ, Judo & Wrestling) and Self-Protection/Self-Defence (Personal Combatives).

JBLoving the journey. I'm a life long student of martial arts. I'm relatively new to the grappling arts (8 years +). I run my own Gym/Dojo with the help of some great coaches.
